Manoj T Neelakantan
Managing Partner & Lead Trainer
With over 20 years of work experience in banking, financial services and insurance industry and ample management and training experience, Manoj is passionate about training, coaching and human resources development. Manoj holds an MBA in Services Marketing, from the School of Management Studies, CUSAT, Kochi, India. He is also a Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Banking and Finance, IIBF, India. He spent most of his career in BFSI industry and worked with some reputed companies such as Citibank, ITC, HDFC Bank and IDBI Bank. Manoj served as Asst. General Manager and Head of Regional Training Centre of IDBI Bank before starting his own venture in 2010. He is a Resource Person with IICA (established by Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Govt. of India) and also certified by NISM (established by SEBI, Govt. of India) in various topics including Securities Research and Investment Advisory.
Sharlet Jacob

With over 10 years of work experience in marketing, client relationship, customer service, finance & accounts, team management, operation management and human resources development. Sharlet holds an MBA in HR, from Annamalai University, Coimbatore, India & B.Sc in Industrial Chemistry, from Sacred Heart College, Thevara, Kochi, India (awarded 2nd Rank from Mahatma Gandhi University, Kerala). She spent most of her career in Telecom & Training industry and worked with companies such as Idea, Airtel etc…She served as a Team Leader in Idom Agencies, Kochi (Telecom partner, Idea) and as an Asst. Manager in Hoobla Cyber Tools & Technology (Education & Training firm, Kochi) before entering as partner in Apex Academy, Kochi.
